The 150 mm length provides the highest peak capacity and resolving power within this product family, while the 3 µm particles deliver greater efficiency and sharper peaks than comparable 5 µm packings. Typical operating flow rates are approximately 0.2–0.3 mL/min. Because of the low flow rates required by 2.1 mm ID columns, any HPLC system used with this column must be capable of precise and reproducible low-flow operation.
